I don’t regret trying it, but not worth returning.

Meal came out to $25 pre tip which is steep for a diner.

Bacon was sad, sausage was school cafeteria quality. Pancakes were spongy, not light and fluffy.

Ordered my eggs over easy, and they were over medium.

Above average diner coffee.

Service was great and fast.
Atmosphere was quaint and exactly what you would expect from a long standing local diner.

Nice little diner to get brunch. They serve breakfast all day. Pancakes are filling and the home fries are cooked perfect and amazing. The toast is nicely buttered. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel like your at home. Definitely worth stopping in to eat

As a native New Yorker, I am always eager to try local, small businesses here in Vermont. This place is the first where I have been thoroughly disappointed. The staff is nice, offering you Vermont syrup with your meal, or even bringing it along with your food and having to take it back (since literally everything is an up charge) but hey! maybe that’s the norm here. Aside from that I got chocolate pancakes..not sure how a diner could mess that up, they were mediocre at best and had mini chocolate chips on one side of the pancake. French toast was pretty solid, home fries weren’t terrible, and sausage patties were the standard frozen ones from the freezer section at any grocery store. Looked at the check and laughed at the fact that a side of bacon (4 strips) was nearly $10. The portions are very large and I think the prices are reasonable for entrees. You will have to pay a fee of .25 per takeaway container (which was extremely odd). Staff needs to clarify the million fees they charge. I’m all for supporting small businesses instead of large chains but I think this place gets business purely because the people of this state do not know any better..If you’re thinking about stopping here, just make food at home, you’ll thank me later!
